company that focuses on executive leadership, sales management and the sales process. He has coached,
trained, and mentored sales and sales management teams, was well as executive leadership on the Sandler
systems and team-building to help his clients extract the growth and profitability they are seeking
Rob possesses a varied business and management background gained over 35 years in the business world. He
holds a degree in Fine Arts and is a former President and CEO in the jewelry industry. After running a successful
Long Island-based business, Rob sold his company and joined forces with Rich Isaac at Sandler. His ongoing
work with clients ranges from local companies and individuals, to national and international organizations, who
seek improvement in their selling and client development processes.
In his many years at the helm of his company, Rob was a member of an executive, peer-accountability group
with intense focus on strategic planning, leadership, marketing, management, and sales development.
This has helped Rob in his passion for helping firms, large and small, in more than 60 industries, to significantly
improve their sales and business results through an intensive process of unique, incremental reinforcement
training of attitudinal and behavioral change.
