Charles Dobyns, CFE CEO - Franchise Dynamics

Charles Dobyns is the President and Chief Development Officer of Franchise Dynamics, a full-service franchise sales outsourcing firm. With company and affiliate offices in Chicago, Scottsdale, Arizona and Springfield, Missouri, Franchise Dynamics currently represents a number of emerging to large-sized franchisors in a wide variety of categories throughout the United States and worldwide. He is a principal investor and partner in the company and a member of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Dobyns is an accomplished franchise sales and business development executive with a proven track record of increasing franchise units, revenue and profitability while gaining market share and expanding brand awareness for both new franchise concepts and established brands. He has held a variety of positions in the franchising industry in as a multi-unit franchisee, in franchise development and operations and as an industry consultant.

He has been involved with franchising since 1989 and in the development phase of his career he has been involved in well over 1,000 franchised business start-ups, multi-unit, and area development agreements, globally. Mr. Dobyns was at one time the largest Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company’s largest franchisee – successfully operating 31 units in the southern California market, a business he built and successfully sold. His corporate experience includes a variety of franchise company’s including Ziebart, Line-X, Rhino Linings and Fast Wraps, USA.

Additionally, Mr. Dobyns is both a sought after franchise industry speaker and outstanding franchise sales trainer.
