David Townes - Ripco Real Estate Corp.

David Townes, a licensed real estate broker in New York and New Jersey, joined Ripco Real Estate in 2015, bringing his more than 7 years of tenant and landlord experience in the New York tri-state area. Areas of specialty include New Jersey, New York, Hudson Valley, Long Island and the NYC boroughs. David’s expertise with retail consulting, investment sales, retail site selection and lease negotiation have been demonstrated by his success with such retail tenants as Panera Bread, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Phenix Salon Suites, and Sport Clips.

Tenant representation has always been a cornerstone of David’s career in retail leasing. Retailers both franchised and corporate have relied on David’s tenant rep specialty leading to multiple transactions and longstanding relationships. He is also the founder of the BrokerMap app, a proprietary tenant rep technology.

Prior to joining Ripco Real Estate, David was associated with Welco Realty. David has a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
