Alicia Thompson-Healy has been a Franchisee in Rochester, NY since September 2013. She is an accomplished owner with exceptional business development. She has a proven track record that has resulted in her being recognized as the fastest growing Franchisee in the world, that is spread over four continents and 20 countries within the Smallprint and Silver Pet Prints Brand. After her first year in business, she experienced a 594% increase in growth and sales. With continued growth, her business increased its sales to 6 figures; and continues to experience growth. She is now an Area Representative for the Northeast quadrant of the United States. She has created a training and mentorship program for her franchisees that walks them through the development of a successful franchise.
