Susan is the Director and Co-Owner of the five Sylvan Learning Centers in Rochester and Buffalo, New York. She enjoys meeting with families and working together to help each family meet their goals for growth and success. A graduate from Hobart, William Smith College, along with the William E. Simon School at the University of Rochester, Susan worked to expand the center locations. She brings a diverse education and background along with her passion for Sylvan to families locally and nationally through her role as the President of the National Franchise Owners Association Board. When Susan isn’t at Sylvan, you’ll find her spending time with her family and friends.
