2010 Conference Program—Symposium 9

F.D.O. – FRANCHISE DEAL OPTIMIZATION – STOPPING PROFIT LEAKS

sponsored by:

“Learn How To Do More Deals; Quicker, Faster, Better – Than Your Competitors” ©
In today’s environment if you do not follow-up with an inquiry “quicker, faster and better” than your competitors you will lose the deal. AND, we all know how expensive losing one deal is: royalty [5%], times term of the franchise agreement [10 years], times average unit volume [$500,000] = $250,000.00 plus the initial franchise fee. This can easily be $250,000.00 per lost deal.

Stop the “Profit Leaks”© in your processes, technology and website. When you “lose a deal” because [1] your process was faulty, [2] your technology was underutilized, [3] your website was not optimized for search and conversion, you will have expensive “Profit Leads”©. Our Workshop will help you stop your Profit Leaks©.

Come to our seminar and learn how our experience designing processes, using technology, and optimizing web sites can help you do more deals – quicker, faster, better than your competitors.

Deliverables for Attending: You will learn ideas that will increase your “Deal Results” somewhere between 5%-300%.

All course materials are presented in English only. All attendees receive admission to the exhibits on all three days.
