*All booths must be set up by Thursday. Set up is NOT permitted on Friday. Straight time labor ends at 4:30pm. Overtime rates prevail after 4:30pm.
**Coffee is available to all exhibitors in the Supplier Section of the Show Floor from 8:30am to 9:30am on Friday through Sunday.
***Show closes at 3:00pm. Breakdown starts on Sunday at 3:00pm. Any exhibitor breaking down their display prior to 3:00pm on Sunday will be charged a $500 penalty. Exhibitors in Hall 1D must be out on Sunday.
****Monday, June 18 move out time is for exhibitors in Hall 1C only.
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted on the show floor at any time during exhibitor move in or exhibitor move out. NO EXCEPTIONS. Children under the age of 18 are only permitted on the show floor during show days and must be with an adult at all times. All children under the age of 18 must leave the show floor at 4:00pm on Sunday once the show closes. They cannot stay on the show floor during breakdown/move out.
